namecheap.com domain email catch-all?

hi all,
i just set up my first domain at namecheap.com, i'm new to this stuff so sorry if this is a stupid question.
how do i turn on email catch-all for my domain? i looked through all of the control pages, but can't find anything about this, but according to namecheap.com all new domains get this feature for free. i'm using email forwarding to send my mail to another account, and i can set up my 5 email names and get email sent to them just fine, but email sent to a random name at my domain gets sent back as undeliverable.
any help would be much appreciated.

Honestly you're better off getting a web hosting account, such as HostPC for $9/yr

i'm not using a host right now....and RossMAN yeah i know i would be better off with that, but i'm just being cheap right now, and effectively i have the same thing for $0/yr....
i figure eventually i'll get a host for email and a real website (not just masking)...i just don't really want to deal with that right now.


anyone else use namecheap.com and have email catch-all running?

btw, i used a lot of your guys advice (especially RossMAN) when deciding to get namecheap.com, thanks!...what tipped the scale was when they offered a year of whois guard for free with the normal $8.88 registration. woot.

edit: i couldn't find anything about email catch-all on their help page either - all they talk about is how to setup basic email forwarding...which is so straight forward, it's sort of ridiculous that they explain how to do it all. maybe i'll send them an email and see what happens. i figured enough people over here at AT use namecheap.com, maybe someone would know how to do this...

I contacted NameCheap support via e-mail and received this response:

Hello,
In order to set-up an catch-all email box for our email forwarding feature
one would need to use the symbol " * " .
For example; *@yourdomain.com
Although there is no catchall account for the popmail.
