Thanks to all the soldiers who have paid the ultimate price for their country. I hope everyone takes at least a brief moment with their familes today and remembers those who have given their lives in the line of duty to defend our country. Without their sacrifice we would not have the freedoms we have today.

Here's some pretty staggering stats from the US Dept of Veterans Affairs on the #'s of deaths since the American Revolution (Very cool that they are able to keep track of that). The #'s surprised me, some were a lot higher than I thought and some a lot lower.
