I used Napster quite a bit both at work and at home. I recently rebuilt my work computer and reinstalled Napster. When I start the program it brings up the software disclaimer. I click Yes, tell it my Line Speed and then it tries to connect to a server. However, it just hangs there, never connecting.
At home it doesn't ask me for this and I can download fine, albeit at 56k (when I'm lucky).
How can I tell the Napster installation at work that I'm already registered?
I tried exporting all of my Napster registry entries from the home machine and importing them on the work box. This didn't work.
I guess the problem is either a) Napster is not letting anyone else sign up and/or b) my company is blocking the port that Napster uses.
Any ideas how to get around this so that I can use Napster at work using my already-registerd name, maybe through a different port?
Thanks in advance.
