Made what through? I live here, you think that second or third hand view point would hold a candle to my life experiences? Like I said previously in another thread Modi is your typical politician looking to dredge up sometimes religious/communal/caste/language divide in order to win elections. He's no different than 1000 other politicians before or since!

Uh huh, and also championing his hindu thugs in machetiing off the limbs of muslims, and burning mosques and muslim communities to the ground. Roving gangs of incel hindu teenagers that club people to death simply for being accused (wrongly) of eating beef. Gang-raping and murdering young women, sometimes on a bus surrounded by other vacant, soulless hindu nationalist thugs.

Things like this. Totally normal politician and very lovely people all around. This is all clearly part of the BJP groundwork. It's not a mystery to the world.

I love how you ignore the facts on the ground that everyone else is very much well aware of, to promote the fantasies in your head about what isn't actually happening. But of course "you live here," so you know the truth. Despite of course everyone else I know that also lives there, and also lives here, knowing exactly what is going on. India is a big place. Pretty much every FOB Indian I know very much knows that your kind are simply genocidal maniacs. The rest of the world knows this, too.

I’m certainly not an expert. It’s quite telling the way that two people who claim to be from India can’t disprove any information and are quite defensive about criticism of dear leader.

I’ve learned quite a bit in these last two threads.

I don’t necessarily think either bras or r0 are stupid

definitely not stupid. just ignorant and evil.

Totally normal actions for a Democratic leader.
Turns out the picture they ran with was not a new one. Based on the description of it being a telephone call.
But still... given Russia's fixation on ethnic cleansing of other people's land. Of damaging and blackmailing the world food supply via the Black Sea, there is no room for passivity. No room for honeyed words towards Russia and their actions. Shame on India.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this was the work of BJP-inspired extremists, or sanctioned from within India. But that’s just pure speculation and obviously any chance the actual government of India is involved is slim to none.

Still…they could’ve learned a thing or two about running death squads in Western countries from their Russian friends.

Edit: Why the speculation?

The vice-president of the gurdwara, Amandeep Singh Johal, told CBC News that Nijjar was an activist with the Sikh independence group Sikhs for Justice.

Hothi said Nijjar had received threats because of his support for a separate Sikh state in India called Khalistan. He added that the shooting would not deter those who share his beliefs.

In 2016, CBC News reported that the government of India was seeking Nijjar's extradition from Canada on charges related to extremism.

On Monday, the World Sikh Organization of Canada (WSO), which promotes the interests of Canadian Sikhs, said Nijjar often led protests against the violation of human rights in India and in support of Khalistan.

It's calling on the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) to investigate the death, which it says follows the deaths of other prominent Khalistan activists in the U.K. and Pakistan.

"The assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar is gravely alarming for Sikhs in Canada," said WSO president Tejinder Singh Sidhu in a release.

The WSO said CSIS and law enforcement in Canada failed to adequately protect Nijjar, who, it says, was a target of Indian intelligence.

"The role of foreign interference from India must be thoroughly investigated, and those responsible for this crime must be brought to justice," said the WSO release.
Update: Looks like Canadian Intelligence has “credible evidence” that Nijjar’s murder is tied to “agents of the government of India”.

Modi better offer full cooperation with the investigation and bring any rogue agents to justice—lest he be compared to “Bone Saw” Muhammad bin Salman. Not sure that would go over well with his Hindu followers.

wonder how much Jared got paid for requesting that assassination. Think his price went up after the Saud's paid him $2 billion?

Interesting developments in India, authoritarians gonna be authoritarians

~First, intruders attacked Parliament. Then Modi Govt attacking Parliament & Democracy
All Democratic norms are being thrown into the dustbin by an autocratic Modi Govt by suspending 47 MPs.
We have two simple and genuine demands -

1. The Union Home Minister should make a statement in both Houses of Parliament on the inexcusable breach in the Parliament security.
2. A detailed discussion should be held on the same.
