I keep getting the following error message:
"Common Client User Session has encountered a problem and needs to close."
After it closes, I can't send or receive email until I restart the machine. I'm assuming this has something to do with NAV scanning ingoing and outgoing emails.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Here's some more details from the error message:
App name: ccapp.exe
AppVer: 2.1.0.610
Mod name: msvcr70.dll
ModVer: 7.0.9466.0
Offset: 0000be0d
I haven't recently installed or uninstalled anything, or made any major changes to the system, so I'm wondering why this started happening all of a sudden. Maybe a bug in one of the recent updates? I always keep NAV (and NIS) up to date with LiveUpdate, so it could be something I downloaded from there....
There isn't anything documented about this specific error on the Symantec site.
Any help would be appreciated.
