Yeh, I see SA pretty much dominating this year. If the Nets keep everyone healthy, they are going to pose a threat in the east.

I hope Suns can be ok until Amare comes back. I really like the Suns team. Sac doesn't look great anymore, not that exciting team that you can hate anymore . Spurs look downright scary. Manu and Parker are only getting better, and TD is a given. Heat looks good on paper, but not too sure how the team will pan out. They'll make the playoffs, but...


as for the Lakers, my all time favorite team which i've been an avid fan since as early as I can remember, they do not have much of an outside shooting presence. Inside presence is pretty pathetic in Mihm and Kwame Brown . Well, both are decent players, but not proven and not consistent. I can only wish Odom takes charge and attempts like 15-20 shots a night.

Odom has always been a promising player .
I have always thought that Devean George can be a great player, and i hope he'll take more attempts at shots a night as well.

Unless Kobe is in that unstoppable mode where he makes 60% of his shots and scores 30-40 points a night every night, I don't think Lakers is much of a threat.

This makes me sad

suns are gonna fizzle...people are gonna see why nash was overrated last season...that team made him look good. and the spurs are so much better cause they have duncan(MVP) ginobili and parker get better every year and now they have finley and nick van exel off the bench...jesus they're gonna rock out

Heat are gonna be good as long as wade and shaq get a majority of the touches. the other guys just need to utilize the doubles that shaq and wade are gonna be getting

It'll be an interesting bball year. But I predict again that it will be spurs vs pistons @ the finals, with spurs coming out on top. I just can't see any team that can beat the Spurs at the moment. The only nights that they will lose is if Duncan and another starting member has a really really bad night.

This is just my opinion. I think they're overpaid for what they do. The complain that they're only making 30 million for the year, want more, and decide to have a lockout. Similar to baseball. Yes, all pro atheletes are well overpaid, but I think for the most part, hockey and football players play and work hard for their money.
