If you got the email from Indiegogo thanking you for the order then you are fine.

As to whether they do another run my own opinion is that its probably not likely unless they get much much more than 600. I'm thinking if they do it will be a all new design altogether. Necere had mused about it once saying he had a lot more ideas in his head. Just an uneducated hunch on my part. For now I'd say get one now if you want one.

Yes.

A handful of duplicate purchases will be refunded, so there are M1s left within the 600 for people to get.

We decided to extend pre-orders on our own website for the few that missed IGG.

The Reason:
1) Funds sent by IGG to PayPal cannot be refunded 100% back to our backers. The payment is technically sent by IGG, not by the backer and the refund function is disabled. In the end, we lose $ from our own pockets in order to refund our backers in full.
2) IGG is slow getting back to our customers and us.
3) A contribution via PayPal between backers and us provides us certified shipping addresses of our backers for reference.




Sounds like you can still get one if you haven't had the chance. I'd double check on this though to make sure.

Got mine today too. Three up on ebay and the highest bid so far is $225+$30 shipping. One of the others has a $400 Buyout and the other a $900 buyout, no bids on either.

My silver case arrived today. Hopefully the black case comes tomorrow.

I can see where the $400 might sell to someone who wants it bad enough but $900? Its a great case but not worth $900 even if its a one run production. Besides, from the talk over on HF over this past few months there should be more hitting ebay. USA deliveries are just now getting here so see how many more go up on ebay.

My black M1 case arrived today. The M1 is a one run production. 1,000 were made. No more are planned. That's what meant by limited production.

i personally don't like how some were bought just for the purpose of reselling them. they're basically profiting off the work of Necere & Wahaha360. As far as i know these were sold at cost, and they made no money from all the hundreds of hours spent making this happen. But to each their own.

It's not the sort of project you do to make money though... it's a passion product.
If they wanted to make money they could potentially have tried to sell the design to an established company or something.

It doesn't seem to bother Necere from what he has said. The one up side, if you consider it one, is that for those who didn't get in on the production have a way of getting their hands on one. Also there have been a couple supposedly that sold theirs directly to HF members so I guess it works out somewhere down the line.
