I sincerely apologize for suggesting that it might have been a flat screen earlier in this thread. I guess I didn't properly parse the marketing-speak "flat square
technology". That apparently doesn't actually mean that it's flat, or square. I didn't mean to intentionally mis-lead.
OTOH, my current screen (M700) is also listed to have "flat square tech.", and while it's not super-flat, it's mostly-flat. Enough that I don't really notice. Plus, no internal reflection issues from an additional layer of glass placed in front to make it appear flat like some other "perfect flat" screens.

Yeah, that's exactly what went through my mind at the time I was reading this deal too. I'm a big fan of NEC's display products, as are a few of my family members. 19" NEC for under $100 shipped... *shakes head*. Wow. NICE deal.
