NEC MultiSync MS95 19"CRT

I ordered two on 12/15 AM, they are scheduled to be delievered 12/17 by fedex.
I am not concerned with the 1yr. vs. 3 yr. warranty.
If they don't have any problems in the first year they should be OK. ( My 2 pennys worth )

Ordered Two Tuesday night around Midnight and they arrived this afternoon (Thursday). I like the NEC monitors, I run a multi monitor system the NEC is a lot brighter than my 19 Inch Dell that is sitting next to it, seems a bit washed out it is so bright, I am messing with the settings adjusting the brightness and contrast trying to get used to how dang bright it is LOL. Has anyone else that got in on this and have had them delivered noticed the difference in brightness even when adjusted to lower levels? Thanks again LED for posting the deal and if you really want a screen shot of the three year warranty I printed the page to a PDF after I ordered here's the link, I will leave it active for a few days. I received mine today and am looking at it right now. The display is very nice and rich, however, unless my eyes deceive me...this screen does not appear to be "flat"! I have 2 other 19" monitors (both CRT flat screens) sitting within 6 feet of this one and they are "flat". Is the monitor case playing tricks on my eyes or is the tube less than flat?

It is not a flat screen. I bought the MultiSync 95 about two years ago, I love this monitor. Never had a problem with it, it's a beautiful monitor, though it takes up quite a bit of room (honestly, what did you expect? LOL)

Whoever got in on this deal is *EXTREMELY* fortunate, that was a heck of a price for a heck of a monitor

OTOH, my current screen (M700) is also listed to have "flat square tech.", and while it's not super-flat, it's mostly-flat. Enough that I don't really notice. Plus, no internal reflection issues from an additional layer of glass placed in front to make it appear flat like some other "perfect flat" screens.

Yeah, that's exactly what went through my mind at the time I was reading this deal too. I'm a big fan of NEC's display products, as are a few of my family members. 19" NEC for under $100 shipped... *shakes head*. Wow. NICE deal.

Mine came today and after a quick test I'm impressed. Big and bright, the colors are exceptional, text is still sharp at 1280x1024 and it easily handles an 85hz refresh rate at that resolution.

I spoke with the Mgr over at AccurateIT {had to cancel a pick-up because of the NEC purchases }and hopefully he will come up with a deal for those who missed this one. I plan on visiting their facility next week so we'll see...

No big deal...the price is really good and it's a quality monitor. Still an upgrade for me since the resol. and refresh rate beat my "old" 19" CRT and the color saturation is much better.

Me too, got mine today, might not be opening it for a while though. Was gonna hook it up to a 2nd computer which doesn't exist yet =) (well only have bits and pieces of it as of now).

Okay so I have had mine hooked up to my new built PC for about 3 weeks now. And today the bottom right corner turned darker blue and then has a green corner. What the hell is going on? Manufacturer default? Because I would really not like to send this biznitch in. Any other problems or help y'all can give?
