OK, I am getting 2 5520 Xeon chips cheap, but I need a good cheap dual 1366 motherboard to host them. I would really like to overclock them to run F@H, and I am sure I can get 3.5-3.7 out of them.
I wouldn't OC a Xeon. They are meant to be stable at their clock speed. OCing ruins stability. Workstations aren't meant to be OCed. Why do you think the 3.0+ Ghz models are like 2k+? I'd just get a board for ~ $400 and run them at normal speed.

I do not know how to overclock your xeons either. I know the new and expensive EVGA dual board mentioned will.
The Asus you linked will not.
There were no overclocking options in the BIOS and there was no utility provided (and there were none to be found online). Maybe later we can find a board (or ASUS will add a special BIOS) that will let us overclock a pair of these Xeons.
