I'd suspect that you problem was not with the headset per se. Perhaps the volume control on the phone was low, or you weren't speaking into the mike (or it was turned away from your mouth or smth. I've had my 510HS for a few weeks now and haven't heard anyone complaining about volume being to low (use it with cell phone and skype so far).

I have been using this headset for about 9 months now. I love it. I tried a couple Moto headsets and hated them. They would not stay on my ear if I made a quick movement. This headset never moves and it really comfortable. The only button that is hard to push is the power button. The volume and pickup buttons are easy to use once you get used to them.

The only thing I didn't like about this headset was the price when I bought it. At $30 it is an absolute bargain.

I am looking forward to the new BT2.0 headsets that have started to appear.

Same thing here. I ordered mine Tuesday night (12/5) and it has shown as 'Sent to Warehouse' since Wednesday.
