Need a decent NON gaming desktop ASAP. Deals?

When it comes to non gaming desktop boxes I know nothing. My brother just informed me that his 10 year old rig is finally due for a replacement (my old AMD FX60 still running after 10 years? lol that made my happy to hear).

Is anyone aware of any solid non gaming deals out right now?

If we could find him a decent basic desktop for a nice price that would be great, otherwise I'll probably just start watching the Lenovo refurb page.

It would help if we knew what minimum specs/features you're looking for and a solid budget (not a range)?
