Lexar are cheap, and pretty good.

you can buy them from most big box stores, and they often come with rebates making them stupidly cheap.

I like PNY. Cheap too.

You can get 256mb for a really good deal now too. Including rebates with those. I say if you can spare the few extra bucks, go 256. You never know if you might need just a few more mb.
