Phantom...? The 530, that you changed to, allows the 3.5" cages to be removed, so the worst case situation should be one of needing to get a 5.25"->3.5" adapter for extra HDDs, if you need to remove 2 of the cages to fit both cards (it should still fit 1 HDD and 1 SSD with 2 cages removed).
The PHAN-001 may not fit long cards well enough at all, and the Phantom 410 would probably not be a good fit for that particular board, since 2 2-slot cards would need to go into the bottom slots--that, or buy a 3-slot bridge, to keep them spaced out.
Also, given that the video cards may have to cover some mobo headers (below the bottom slot), IMO, leave the installation of the video cards until after the PC is up and running, and you know that the switches, LEDs, front panel audio, etc. all work fine.
