Link.

The fastest microSD card available (last time I checked). I've picked up one for my Surface Pro 2 and one for my Lumia 1520. The disk benchmarks are quite remarkable for a microSD card. I have had zero issues.

(Something's wrong with the picture, the listing is the Extreme version, which is the fastest 64GB card.)

Extreme Plus is rated higher than Extreme

the product you linked has the product code for the PLUS version, so make sure you get that

Yeah, thats what I meant. Its the Extreme Plus. Amazon's listings are a bit confusing, when I initially did a search for the card, I searched by product number.

This is the faster SanDisk card.

64GB version: It was on sale for $64.99 more than a few times, so you missed out.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D6XTMFC

Also, ditto to the 32GB version. Was available for $29.99 a few days ago.

Review of the "Extreme" card version with benchmark results:
http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/0...re-really-really-fast-with-benchmark-results/

Keep in mind that the review above is for the SanDisk "Extreme", and not the "Extreme Plus" which is even faster.
Faster than anything I've ever seen from Samsung or Transcend. Ironically, there's an even much faster SanDisk card than the one I'm describing, but it's currently only available in 16GB maximum at the moment.

i see you use camel too thanx for the information, i set camel to notify me when they get to that price point again. one question i have is this - can i install programs onto the mico-sd card instead of the internal SSD on my venue?

It depends on the program. Some won't like installing on a removable drive. There is a way to mount the mSD card to a folder on your SSD, which works better.

And post some of those impressions of the Venue 11! A lot of us are very interested. My demo from Dell won't make it for a few more weeks.

I don't trust SanDisk card reliability. Maybe they fixed it with these newer cards but I passed on all the BF SanDisk deals because of its spotty reliability history . I'll stick with Samsung for now.

when you get it, benchmark it inside the venue 11 pro microSD slot (so that other people can decide if they want to spend that extra $ for extreme version)

the one on my Asus T100 doesn't use those speeds(think it was capped at 30MB/s from someone's benching)... doubt that the dell has a UHS-1 slot(it would be advertised as UHS-1 if it can achieve that to speed)

Stop buying SanDisk cards from eBay and you won't have any problems with their reliability.

All my SanDisk is direct from Amazon. SanDisk produced some bad cards last year. They even admitted it.

As opposed to Samsung that has never produced any bad card or even admitted doing so with recalls?
Right.

i am very impressed by it, setup was very smooth. i did crash it the first day i had it though. i had to much running at one time and it was causing the video card driver to fail. got that 3 times then it crashed. one of the programs i had open was NOD32 which was running scan of computer for first time. other than that it has done everything i asked of it. graphics are great on this.

Can you post feedback about the venue pro 11 is it the atom or a haswell version.
ok, here is my thought on it after having it for few days now. speed wise it blows my kindle fire HD 8.9 inch out of the water, i found real good app from the microsoft store for reading ebooks ( fiction book reader lite ). once i found that i put my kindle for sale!!! the screen is real sharp and bright, colors are great. i am still getting used to a touch screen and am learning how to use windows 8 all over again. only negative i have is towards dell and their handling of orders, i ordered the dock and stylus over a week ago and am still waiting for them to be shipped. one joker at dell told me they manufacture each part as it is ordered. i find that hard to believe.

guys what are your thoughts on sony brand SD cards, specifically this one http://www.amazon.com/Sony-UHS-1-Mem...2Z0H1ND17GMKY0

Based on the image posted by another Amazon customer, it's slow as balls.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-me...g_see_all_img1

Stick with SanDisk 1st, and Samsung 2nd(for the haters) .
All other manufacturers are irrelevant as far as I'm concerned.

I'm confused...Are you looking for an SD card or a MicroSD card?
Your title says you're looking for a MicroSD card, but yet this Sony card you linked is a regular SD card? Maybe I'm blind...

That's actually true of the VP11 and accessories, at least in our case. From what I've seen on the forums, most Nov/Dec orders didn't ship until a few weeks after. The price one pays for being an early adopter . I'm sure their stock has settled down a bit since then, though.

Have never had an issue with my Sandisk UHS cards (the grey and red ones), I've got 6 32GB cards in various devices (one in every phone, one in the tablet, 2 for the camera) running for several years now and they've all been reliable.
