Need advice on SN45G

For all of you who have experience with building a Shuttle SN45G: I'm planning on ordering a SN45G case along with new components for my new computer, and I have some questions about compatibility and what the best components to get are.

Is it possible to have two hard drives along with a cd-rw on this system? I was thinking of getting a smaller hard drive (like an 80gb or so) for now to save money on the total system and then getting a larger one once there's a really good deal on fatwallet or wherever. If it can't support two hard drives then I'm just going to get a 200gb Western Digital hard drive to start with.

Also I have no clue what type of RAM to get. I'm looking for any type of RAM that will allow OC'ing to 200MHz FSB, stable. Are there any good ones around $100 that I should consider?

One more thing, should I use my own heatsink (Vantec Aeroflow) or does the Shuttle come with its own? I don't really understand the cooling mechanism in this case. Could someone give me a brief explanation.

So far here's what I'm thinking about getting:

Shuttle SN45G
Athlon XP Barton 2500+ processor (Hopefully gonna OC to 3200+ speed)
512mb PC2700 Kingston HyperX Memory
GeForce 4 Ti4600 (Transferring this from my old computer)
200GB Hard drive (Preferably 80GB + 120GB if possible)
Lite On 48x24x48x16 CD-RW/DVD Combo Drive
NEC Floppy Drive
Leadtek Winfast Deluxe TV 2000XP TV Tuner

If I get the 200GB hard drive now, the total comes to $760.99 + $5 shipping. If I get a WD 80GB 8MB hard drive, the total comes to $672.99 + $5 shipping. I always see deals for 120GB hard drives for $60 or less, so that's why I'd like to get a smaller hard drive for now, then get a larger one later.

I will be ordering all of these components from Newegg. Please tell me if I can fit all this in the Shuttle. Any helpful comments are greatly appreciated, thanks!

fist off i think you should ask around and see if a geforce 4 will fit in a shuttle SFF pc. my 9800 isnt a tight squeez in my SN41 but ive got about an 1.5 inches to spare. about can you put 2 hard drives in one...only if you dont have a floppy. i dont have a floppy in my main rig but one in my old system for the times i rarely use floppys.

I LOVE my shuttle SN45G. I'm using a Ti4200 overclocked to "ti4500" speeds, so it fits fine. The Ti4600 seems like it will also fit fine. Use Shuttles heatsink mechanism since it saves space. I'm running two maxtor hard drives and a cdrw/dvd combo drive perfectly. If you want a cooler system, you can always replace fans and other minor modifications. Kingston HyperX pc3500 ram is in my system and overclocks well beyond it's 434mhz spec at stock voltage (2.5 volts). I've gotten my memory to 446mhz cas 2 and I'm using 2x512MB dimms for a total of 1GB. hope this helped you.
