I balloon after eating sugar or fast food so avoid those and you can lose weight doing situps and pushups and things like that at home without any equipment.

There are lots of videos on youtube if you don't know how or need someone to guide you at first.

I am sure there is a better way to do it but I made a workout routine on google keep and each exercise is listed as a set of reps, and each series of reps has a checkbox.

So as I do reps I check off the boxes and the whole routine takes about 30 minutes and I am in good shape.

Drink a lot of water too, that's one thing people dont seem to get a lot of fatties drink soda and beer and that's what makes them stay fat. Water has no calories and quenches thirst better than anything,

All this stuff is imo and I am not a doctor.

Great yea soda is very bad for people.

How often do you shop at the grocery store?

My brother doesn't have any fat really and he eats lots of small meals through the day and goes to the grocery often so he's not worried about food going bad before he eats it.

That is a strategy that works but you need to live close to one.

One thing that helps with diet is learning to cook. It seems a lot harder than it actually is. Cookbooks exist, there are even apps where it goes on your phone and you pay and they ship you a cooler with groceries and cookbooks and the phone app shows videos how to cook the food. I did that for a while to learn but its really expensive, was about $25 per person per meal. But the meat and produce and cheese they gave me was better than what I have locally.

Good luck man.

i buy unnecessary things to eat whenever i go to a store. I am a bit of an impulse buyer. Does coffee have any impact on belly fat?

Coffee dehydrates you because of the caffeine so can be as bad as soda in that respect. Also bad for your teeth just like soda.

I have always been a tea person so easy to avoid coffee for me. There are lots of tea out there bro. Good question though.

You should be getting checked once a year or so as well. Cholesterol, sugar, depending on how old you are. I'm healthy but I eat like crap mostly a lot of processed stuff.

But I eat a lot of hummus, I think it's banging and it enables me to eat more vegetables. Thems for dipping.

Eat breakfast. Every time I skip breakfast my eating for the rest of the day is not enough so I impulse eat things that

A. Aren't healthy

B. Are not a good value

Food, healthy food, is expensive and goes bad quickly.

You have to have healthy food that you don't have to cook that can stay for a little while.

Yogurt without too much sugar, granola bar, etc you'll figure it out, but it takes planning and money to eat well.

Ever hear of Morgan Spurlock and the documentation supersize me?

If you can afford 3 sodas a day and the internet, think how much more money thin you will have if you stop drinking soda and stuff with lots of sugar.

Sugar is addictive people don't give it credit but once you're used to having it, backing off is unpleasant.

But it's not Crack. You can do it.

You can't spot reduce 'belly fat'. Your belly fat will go away when your body decides that is the fat to go away. You can exercise all you want but losing fat is 90% about what you eat.

This is the strangest thread. As purbeast said, there is no way to spot reduce fat, however there are some things which predominantly add fat to the belly region, which would be high sugar, insulin response type foods. Soda, sugary foods, beer, etc can all do this. Unfortunately there's no way to reduce it directly and no amount of crunches or flutter kicks or other such "fitgirl" bullshit workouts are going to do anything for you.

Eat whatever you want. When you are done take two or three fingers and place them down your throat until you meal comes up. Make sure you rinse your mouth out with plenty of water or your teeth will rot from the acid in your bile.
