Coffee dehydrates you because of the caffeine so can be as bad as soda in that respect. Also bad for your teeth just like soda.
I have always been a tea person so easy to avoid coffee for me. There are lots of tea out there bro. Good question though.
You should be getting checked once a year or so as well. Cholesterol, sugar, depending on how old you are. I'm healthy but I eat like crap mostly a lot of processed stuff.
But I eat a lot of hummus, I think it's banging and it enables me to eat more vegetables. Thems for dipping.
Eat breakfast. Every time I skip breakfast my eating for the rest of the day is not enough so I impulse eat things that
A. Aren't healthy
B. Are not a good value
Food, healthy food, is expensive and goes bad quickly.
You have to have healthy food that you don't have to cook that can stay for a little while.
Yogurt without too much sugar, granola bar, etc you'll figure it out, but it takes planning and money to eat well.

If you can afford 3 sodas a day and the internet, think how much more money thin you will have if you stop drinking soda and stuff with lots of sugar.
Sugar is addictive people don't give it credit but once you're used to having it, backing off is unpleasant.
