i don't get why you need sniping? if you put your maximum bid into ebay's thing it'll do it for you, won't it?

Yes, sniping and trying to be it only makes you pay more for something you probably don't need anyhow.

btw, just a little justsnipe.com tip.....be sure to cancel the snipes if the auction already exceeds your snipe price. that way you save those 5 free per week (if you're on eBay frequently, 5 per week might go fast )

Because by placing your bid out of the gate you start to inflate the price of the item... and people start to bid against your reserve raising the price again (even if you place 1 bid and walk away).

By placing your MAXIMUM bid right at the end, nobody has a chance to try to outbid your reserve thus raising the selling price? Make sense?

Last second bid = lowest possible price
