save up a few more bucks, maybe $15 and you can get the Razer Barracuda HP-1's, they sound amazing! If you can find them the Phillips HP910's are great too. I own both and honestly for gaming nothing I've tried touches the Razers, they're even good for music. The Phillips excel in both too. I find both to be comfortable. Razer gets a + from me for just being all around kick ass.

Grado's are outstanding at sound reproduction, I've owned the 80's, never used them for gaming, but I can't possible imagine how cans of that quality could be anything but great for gaming, they have bass and crystal clear sound. What else do you need for gaming?

Dunno about CAN $$$, but I got my Razer's for $99 on Amazon, worth every penny!

Not sure what games you play, but GT Legends / GTR etc are incredible on the audio setup in my sig. America's Army works well too, nice enemy placement.

Sorry to disappoint everyone, but I bought a pair of Bose. Yea, they were retardedly overpriced but they sound like velvet on the inner thigh of a young Swedish virgin woman.... Once I tried them on I had to buy them. They wooped the ****** out of Seinheiser HD555s! That alone sold me on them

And the OEs sound even worse than the regular ports...

I tried the OE for about 5 seconds before I sort of threw them off in disgust. No offense.

Oh well, I guess if they sound good to you. You probably could've saved yourself some money and gotten similar (possibly even better to your ears) sound for quite a bit less.

I have to ask though. What source and how long did you even audition anything else?

Alright Azzauls. I took them back cause they started to squeek, not because you all berated me. But anyways... I exchanged them for a pair of Grado SR60s. Now shut the ____ up.

P.S. Mrvile. You are mean and your computer looks very not old.

That's my boy

I love my Grado's, and you too, shall love yours!

Give them a month or so to get worked in and the sound will soften just a little, but enough to notice it.

Also, give them credit for reproducing a better soundstage then the "OMG, I have to pump the bass and get rid of the mids" Bose

LOL

I couldn't resist bro....see you Sunday night!

You owe it to yourself to listen to some Tragically Hip once you get those Grados burned in. Sounds incredible.

Like I said before, though, the SR60s are a great choice for music; not so much for gaming. I think you probably would have been better off with the A-Ts for playing games.
