A thank you card should do it and maybe a punch in the arm. Wedding extravagance has gotten beyond retarded. It used to be just retarded but it has made great strides in the past 2-3 decades well into the realm of intentional self-destruction.

Serious answer: My buddy got all of his groomsmen a LED flashlight which is probably the best/most useful groomsman gift I've received...much better than a money clip, scarf, pen, etc. Only $25 on Amazon.
