I saw a car today that when it came to a stop the rims kept turning? has anyone seen these and if so what are they called or better yet where can I get them.

I live in the middle of Los Angeles and I see poseur retard "playah" types bling-blingin' these rims in their ghetto'd out SUVs on Sunset every weekend.

All I am going to say is that the women you pick up with these rims aren't free.

If you have the mindset that making your car full of chrome and spinning wheels is going to get you laid, then chalk up another casualty to pop culture.
