Ok. I switched videocards. I went from nvidia to ATI. I uninstalled the nvidia display drivers from add/remove programs, booted in safe mode and used Driver cleaner. Then got into Windows and used CCleaner, RegSupreme, Regcleaner, Symantec Systemworks, Regseeker and all of them report ActiveX/COM related to nvidia display drivers and can't delete them. I also used Dial-A-Fix. Why can't these be erased of the registry? They all start as: Nvdmcpl.ApplicationsPage - {9E68103 etc. I got 32 just like this one but some are for display, mouse, but all start with Nvdmcpl. I can't also get rid of C:WINDOWS\System32\nview.dll,18. It appears when I use a registry cleaner but can't find it at the folder. What is up with that?
Anybody know how to get rid of these?
