Need help chosing a 19" LCD

I want a black-bezeled 19? LCD and I only have $460.
Most of these online deals expire on 11/30/04, so please hurry.
I don?t game much, but I would prefer a fast response time; =16ms.
DVI is a must if the panel doesn?t have a fast response time; fast by my definition.
But I?m open to suggestions; even if not listed.

I love the BenQ and it wouldn?t even be a question? but it isn?t all black.
My case/desk/chair are all black, so silver would look out of place, IMO. (picture)
Plus, the Sceptre has much better brightness. (250cd/m2 vs. 400cd/m2)
But the Sceptre is said to have a questionable warranty and poor support.
I love the physique of the Philips and the ViewSonic, very, very much.
So if there isn?t much difference between them and the rest, then do tell.

I'd choose BenQ for 12ms and DVI.

Check out Dell's 19" FP.

Also, if you can wait a little longer and save up a little more money, you should be able to find their 20" for ~600 bucks.
