Update: Called Police two hours ago -- No one showed up. I waited in the hot weather and saw 2 squad cars just pass by without stopping. I tried to flag one of them down to ask him a question, and he ran through a red light so that I couldn't stop him.
I have decided that when she moves her car again, I am going to take both spaces and leave my phone number for her to call. I am sick and tired of this shit. I'll confront her when she needs to park her car. I am keeping my Vado HD camera and USB charger in the car at all times from now on. I'll get her on camera this time.

I posted a few weeks ago about a woman hitting my car with her door. I got the doors repainted, and this morning I found another shiny new chip on the fresh paint.
I knocked on her door and she threatened to call the Police on me, and the Police are unwilling to get her to come out of her apartment. They say she has to be there when she hits the car.
I am literally losing my fucking mind here -- I've paid well over $3000 over the last 4 years fixing 3 cars that she's hit.
When I bought my Civic it had 10 miles on it when she dinged the back.
Can ANYONE offer any advice? I called the parking lot company and they told me that I can leave the space, but they are not going to force anyone being kicked out.
I cannot afford to park anywhere else, and I live in a heavily populated area. She has made me not want to own a car anymore.
I can't get a police report, and Geico hasn't found anything on her yet.
