Unless you can capture the fact that she hit you (photo evidence) or do a paint chip analysis, you do not have a leg to stand on.

Any now if something happens to her vehicle (as suggested by some of the immature people in the beginning of the thread); you are on record and can become a suspect - you have demonstrated animosity toward the lady.

Why not get a "wireless" camera (even a fake) and set it on the roof of your car, aimed right at where she parks.

It could at least act as a deterent. If she does it when the camera is aimed right at her in a way that's obvious she can see it, then when/if it happens again, you can go to her and say "look, you saw the camera, and I have you doing it on film." She won't appreciate the pressure.
