Stop parking so close to her?
Holy shit. I park as far as i can from her. When I move my car away, she will move hers closer to mines. It won't help.

Put them where people drive foolishly and hilarity ensues.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't care about some paint chips, but I wouldn't.
Car is a lease. I am responsible for the damage. Geico called me back for a followup on the previous damage. I am heading home early from work to talk to them calmly.
I am going to try for a vandalism report when I get home.

Update: Called Police two hours ago -- No one showed up. I waited in the hot weather and saw 2 squad cars just pass by without stopping. I tried to flag one of them down to ask him a question, and he ran through a red light so that I couldn't stop him.
I have decided that when she moves her car again, I am going to take both spaces and leave my phone number for her to call. I am sick and tired of this shit. I'll confront her when she needs to park her car.

Parking lot is 2 blocks away + there is nowhere to plant video appliances + it would probably attract a thief to the car.
I'd rather deal with a broken window than theft.

I posted a few weeks ago about a woman hitting my car with her door. I got the doors repainted, and this morning I found another shiny new chip on the fresh paint.
I knocked on her door and she threatened to call the Police on me, and the Police are unwilling to get her to come out of her apartment. They say she has to be there when she hits the car.
I am literally losing my fucking mind here -- I've paid well over $3000 over the last 4 years fixing 3 cars that she's hit.
When I bought my Civic it had 10 miles on it when she dinged the back.
Can ANYONE offer any advice? I called the parking lot company and they told me that I can leave the space, but they are not going to force anyone being kicked out.
I cannot afford to park anywhere else, and I live in a heavily populated area. She has made me not want to own a car anymore.
I can't get a police report, and Geico hasn't found anything on her yet.

you are a women and clearly cannot understand.
You dont fuck with a man vehicle
i am pissed off for amd, cause i have had this shit done to me
a car is a mans pride and joy
The hell is it with some guys anyway? It's like their ego is entirely dependent on their vehicle's health, or else on the performance of some sports team.
My car lives outside. I expect it to sustain some injuries now and then.

I thought that living with tiny door dings & little bumps on your bumper were accepted facts of life in NYC. Guess I was wrong. But, I will bet that the police were rolling their eyes when you were complaining about a door ding. Also, $3000? I haven't priced around, but $750 to fix a door ding sounds pretty steep. Hell, didn't Billy Mays have some rubbing compound for $19.99 that you could rub on and eliminate minor door dings?
