[*]Full description of the problem and symptoms
I've got a very bland recurring BSOD- IRQ not less or equal, Stop 0x0000000a, no driver listed.. It seems to occur randomly in both high load and low load situations. I have no issues in Linux Mint (though the Creative driver is not installed on Linux Mint) so I'm thinking it is more of a driver issue than hardware. I've rapidshare'd the Minidump file here.

[*]Did it work normally at one time, or has the problem always existed?
It's always seemed to be there, but much rarer than it is now. Used to happen once a month or so, now it seems everyday.

[*]I already tried these steps:
Checked temps under load-all fine.
Uninstalled Nvidia and Creative drivers, ran driver sweeper, and reinstalled them.
Doesn't seem to be tied to any certain application.
Ran Memtest86+ for 23 passes, no errors
Eliminated OC's

[*]My software:
  • Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP1 build 6001/I])
  • Antivir
  • Comodo

[*]My hardware
  • DFI Infinty II Ultra M-2 Nforce 4 socket AM2
  • AMD A64 X2 5000+ Black Edition @ 3 ghz
  • Galaxy 8800gt 512mb
  • 2x512mb and 2x1gb OCZ DDR2 800 with 2v going in
  • Seasonic S12 380w
  • Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic

Says that it is most likely caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. That doesn't help too much. Here is the report. Is this a file I can just extract and replace from the install cd?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff81801fab264, memory referenced
Arg2: 000000000000000d, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80001eeaca1, address which referenced memory

Yeah I found that page, too. I don't really see what the resolution there is; microsoft tells him its his processor (microsoft tells me nothing); one says it is drivers (likely, need to find which one); another says it is his display driver not being able to address 4gb of RAM, which doesn't make much sense to me.

memory should meet these specs at least for the motherboard.

Latency:4-4-4-12-2T
Voltage:2.1v
Format:240-pin DIMM
Module Types Supported:Unbuffered only
Error Detection Support:Non-ECC only
DDR2 SDRAM FrequenciesC2-4200 and PC2-5300

unfortunately OCZ does not show specs for the ram, and DDR2-800 is listed as a unsupported speed, with a note that it's not guaranteed that the system will operate normally with unsupported speeds and that damage may occur.
