Need help from Visiontek 6564 owners.

This might be a dumb question, but does anyone know if the Visiontek 6564 retail box has the same UPC now that it did back in November? The reason I ask is I bought the card from Best Buy after Thanksgiving when they had the two $50 rebates. I sent my rebate form in to get the mail-in rebate, but it got lost. I forgot to make a copy of the UPC I cut out of the box. I'm currently trying to figure out how I can get a copy so I can resubmit my rebate form(I think they might let me do that).

It would really help me out if someone else who got the Thanksgiving sale rebate and made a copy of the UPC would let me know what the UPC number is.

I think the UPC symbols are the same. I recently sent in my card in for warranty service, and got a completely new card in shrink-wrapped box back, with the same UPC number. The UPC number is

7 84090 72415 1

The 7 and 1 appear outside of the barred area, and the 84090 72415 appear inside the barred area.

i've yet to receive my $50 rebate from visiontek for the bestbuy thanksgiving sale... it's been like over 4 mths... have you guys received your rebates?

Don't see why the UPC codes shouldn't be the same.

I am still waiting for the rebates for my card which I bought when there was a great deal on the Gateway Online Accesory Store. This was about two months ago.

I called visiontek yesterday because I hadn't gotten a rebate check after three months. They told me they have no record of any rebate form sent in by me. Obviously I'm majorly PO'd.
