Solved! Need help installing Samsung 970 m.2 nvme

I purchased Asrock X570 Pro4, Samsung 970 SSD m.2 nvme and Phanteks P400S , among other components, for my new PC and I have some 2 problems installing the disk.

The first problem is that I don't have the screw to keep the disk close to the motherboard as shown in this video on youtube (please skip video to 1:45). The screw is not included with Samsung SSD or motherboard or case package. Does anyone know the exact specs for such screw.

The second problem is that the motherboard aparently does not have the holes for the above mentioned screw. I guess that the SSD is kept in place, just by the heatsink which is screwed over the disk, but I'm unsure.

I have attached photos of the motherboard and the heatsink. Note that the heatsink photo shows the bottom of the heatsink which is covered with rubber. Please advice.

The M.2 screws come with the motherboard. I think there is only one SSD manufacturer that ships its M.2 drives with a screw (MyDigitalSSD). They usually come in a really small bag by themselves, so take a look again to make sure you just didn't miss it.

The area I circled should have a little metal riser that one side of the M.2 drive sits on, and the screw holds it down.

I have the same mb and there was for sure 2 plastic bags with 1 tiny screw each, so search again.

My mistake. I found the screws. Somehow got stuck in the box.

I cannot screw the raiser in the board. If you look at my photo, there is no hole in the motherboard and it looks like the holes are covered of some kind of resin. I'm afraid to use to much force to screw the raiser in the board.

If you are afraid to screw it in, you could call a technician, or ask microcenter to help you put the thing together. Another option is to buy a PCIe NVMe U.2 instead.

I manged to remove the resin and installed the raiser and then installed the ssd. Thanks guys.
