Need Help on making FLASH ANIMATION !

Hi,

I just purchased Macromedia Flash 5.0 (yeah rite!), and I am trying to make some animations. I can get the basic stuff done, I also did it's lessons and online tutorial, but need some help on making some hi tech stuff.
if any of you have some suggestions or have some ALREADY MADE flash files what you could share with me so I could see what you did and learn, plz let me know....
