need help on wut cpu/mobo

ok so im building a new computer but cant decide on wut cpu/mobo. Im stuck between the e6600 and the e4300, and for the motherboard im stuck between the P5B-E and the P5W Deluxe. I have alrdy ordered my PC8000 buffalo firestix ram if that is of ne help. I need some advice im pretty set between the 2 cpus but open to hear other kinds of mobos. And i plan on overclocking as much as i can on air.

*Edit* moneys not realy a problem but i figure if the 4300 can be o/c just as well a the 6600 i might get it but im still having troubles deciding.

Wow, that's a pretty big difference w/ the CPUs. The motherboards are about $50+ apart as well. How much did you want to spend? You already went crazy on the memory w/ PC8000 so that's not going to limit overclock.

Here's just general advice...
If you want the e6600 get the P5W DH
If you want the e4300 get the P5B-E

May also want to check out the P5B-Deluxe and Gigabyte DS3/S3. Also, check the Intel Bad Axe 2 for the e6600.

If money isn't a problem get the best you can. Anyway, check this out if you haven't already...

You went from BIG to small on cpu, how bout a quad core?

i dont got that kinda money for quad core and y waste extra money on a high end cpu if a lower end 1 can just be o/ced and match the speed?

The E4300 cant reach as high as the E6600, thats why. The E4300's are averaging around 3Ghz, while the E6600 could reach 3.6Ghz.
