Need help picking headrest LCD's

Picked out a mid-range DVD single din deck already that does video out x2 so I dont need a pass through box, just need to find some headrest LCD's. Prefer to buy headrests that already have the LCD in them.

Any help greatly appreciated.

All you damn Oregonians are so pasty-white anyway.........can't hardly see ya' in the daylight......



Pre-installed 7" LCD's??? Damn....got me there. I gave up a while ago. I say, visit the local Fry's & ask the install geeks what/who they recommend.

Or go w/ a 42" drop-down. Rear-visibility will be tough, but you won't need the heater in these cold winter months once that sucker comes on & starts spewing 120'F of Spongebob!!!!

Well last time I looked, there were many sources. The main problem is finding units that have the same post spacing as your stock headrests. The LCD headrests typically have
some limited adjustment, but make sure you measure your post spacing so you know they will fit. Colors are also limited, so don't think OTC units will match your interior color exactly. Of course, you can pay big bucks and have custom units made, or have the vinyl dyed to match. I have seen exact replacements for some vehicles (Suburbans, for example), but again these are pricey. We just use the clip on units in our Odyssey and they work well.

I bought these. I hope they fit the post holes, but I am going to have those and the deck professionally installed anyway, so I am sure (crosses fingers) it will work. Hopefully if not an exchange for a better fit wont be an issue. The price and reviews were just too good to pass up. Plus, 9.5 inch LCD got me all twitterpaited Wireless headphone ready, there is a God

nwfsnake....I thought about other options, clip-ons, drop down unit, etc. But again settled on the ones linked. I have pull over covers for the factory headrests so if they dont match exactly, no biggie. Plus the covers will help keep them low key so thieves wont see them.
