That makes sense.... Are the people you calling onsite or monitoring it remotely? There are layers of these vendors out there that aren't worth a damn and they basically are just cashing a check you write to cover your butt for disaster recovery plans.they monitor power output from fuel cells that our on site. When there is power fluctuations or a degrading of a fuel cell we get a email and we have to call them and they say what they see. Which is usually "All good here"
