Need help with a MEME idea...

We have a remote monitoring company. And everything we see an issue we call them up and ask them whats up, or do they see anything. And 99% of the time they say "Nope, it all looks good here" Even though we know something is wrong....any ideas?

Monitoring of what? Problems of what sort? How you know they are wrong?

they monitor power output from fuel cells that our on site. When there is power fluctuations or a degrading of a fuel cell we get a email and we have to call them and they say what they see. Which is usually "All good here"

That makes sense.... Are the people you calling onsite or monitoring it remotely? There are layers of these vendors out there that aren't worth a damn and they basically are just cashing a check you write to cover your butt for disaster recovery plans.

I deal with that kind of crap all the time. I have a few monitors that go off...then 20+ minutes later, I get an Email from some 3rd party vendor telling me there's an issue. The delayed, automated response is about as pointless as calling someone to have them tell you all is ok.
