Need Help with Athlon

I'm tring to setup a new Athlon system and I can't get the screen
to boot up,all I get is a series of beeps(2-8-2-1).
This is what I have.
850 AMD Athlon
GA-7ZX VIA KT133 Gigabyte
250W Power Supply
I've tried 128Mb PC133 & 128Mb PC100 (switching speeds on the board)
I've tried a Voodoo3 3000 APG & a Viper770 AGP
I've tried 2 different monitors.
I've checked and rechecked jumper setting,but I must be missing something.It powers up and everything looks fine inside but the monitor stays on sleep mode and never wakes up and I get 2-8-2-1 series of beeps.If anyone can help,you would be my super hero

look up the error code it's giving you! that will tell you what the problem is

Problem solved
APM Card mounts too close to Dimms locks on this MB.
Had to push (bend)APG down to clear Dimm locks, it wasn't fully ingaged.
OK GAME ON!!! yipy
