Need HELP with BIOS Flash Failure to boot up!!!

I have a MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition MS-6330 Ver3.0 motherboard and I recently tried to update its bios but ended up doing something terribly wrong like deleting the bios and not having the chance to update it before I restarted my system. Now it only beeps continuously when I power on. I have the flash program and bios update on my harddisk but I can't access it to re-program my bios. What can I possibly do?? I've been thinking about borrowing a similar bios chip, plugging it in and booting up my system to dos then replace the chip with my corrupted chip while still switched on and flashing the bios. Will this work ?? can I remove the bios chip once booted and replace with another while the power is still running??? will I risk corrupting the working chip??
My bios chip sticker reads Phoenix Bios (D686 Bios) Phoenix 1998 (010245157)

you gonan hafta do it the hard way since you probably don't have an ISA video card nor a slot on your board to put it.

Although hot swapping the BIOS chip can be done with success you do run the risk of corrupting the chip code or damaging the chip , not to mention frying the board or PS from an accidental slip.

I'd recommend you have someone burn you a new EEPROM or have yours tested and reloaded with a programmer. I can do both for you or you can try one of the many other sites that offer that kind of service like BadFlash.com.
