Need help! with N440bx MB

Installed two of Intel Pentium II 450MHz Slot 1 (SECC2) CPU, one of 256 (32x72 ecc), and a regular 32MB pci video card in atx case wiht 300watt PS. Reseat pci card, mem, and cpu(s). Also, disable wake on lan, intrussion chassis so PS could provide sufficient current.

Press pwr on button, notice cpu fan spin for a few second and then die with a single beep. I can't figure out what could be the problem.
I believe it could be memory, but I try different one also, but with the same result.

Label on ecc memory read: AMR32V72E8S4GHS
256MB ECC pc100
REGISTERED PC100
(chip on MEM are: km48s16030t-gh)

I also try KINGSTON value RAM: KVR100X64C2/256

Please help me get this baby working.

Try unhooking the case's power-button wire and use a screwdriver tip to make momentary contact between the motherboard's power-on pins. If it runs and stays running now, maybe your case's power button is simply stuck.

power switch is working alright, what else could be the problem?

What happens when you try only 1 CPU?

MB require two cpus, if not one cpu and terminate card in order to work.
