Need Help with OC

Hey guys, I have a problem and need some help. First let me tell you about my system:

Asus A8N-SLI Premium
AMD X2 4400+
2Gb of Corsair TWINX1024-3200LLPRO (512mb X 4)
XFX 7800 GTX Overclock(only 1 card for now)
WCD 74Gb Raptor

The system works great , but I of course want to push it. I did some reading on overclocking the X2 4400 and decided to overclock mine. So here is my problem

iF i leave the memory settings on AUTO I can push the CPU as far as I want, but the system defaults the memory to 333Mhz so my 3dmark05 scores drop by almost 1000 points. As soon as I try to set the memory manually the system wont boot. The best I got it to do was

CPU = FSB 212 @ 1.375 Volts
Memory = 2.3.2.6 @ 2.9 volts (at lower voltages the memory is not stable)
which gives me 2.33Ghz, but this is nothing compare to what others have gotten.

Any ideas? I had the same menory in my oder system and I was able to get it to 220Mhz at 2.8volts and timings of 2.3.2.5.

What do you have your HTT multiplier at? It needs to be at 4x above 200 and below 250, and needs to be at 3x above 250. You also probably need to feed the CPU some more voltage. I am at 2.53ghz with my 4200+ using 1.45v, load temps 51c with both cores at full load using the stock AMD heatpiped cooler.

By HTT do you mean Hyper Transport Frequency? Cause my mobo does not have an HTT option. I did set the Hyper transport frequency to x4 and I still jave the same problem. What should I set the voltage to @ 220 for 2.4?

You using 2T command rate? You'll need it with 4 double-banked dimms.

I can't remember which is which, but some cores can't run 4 sticks of ram at 400DDR, it has to be set to 333DDR, and obviously it does have to run at 2T.

Sorry guys, but I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to OC. Is this an option in the BIOS?

Here are my BIOS Options:

Memclock Index [400Mhz]
Cas# [2T]
Min Ras# active time [6T]
Ras# to Cas# [3T]
Row precharge time [2T]
Row cycle time [10T]
Row refresh cyc time [12T]
Read to Write time [3T]
1T/2T Memory Timing [2T]
S/W DRAM over 4G remapping [enabled]
H/W DRAM over 4G remapping [enabled]

The last 2 options say over 4G, but I only have 2G, should I disable that? It was enabled by default.

Ok, I did some more testing and nothing worked, so I decided to test each memory module pair individually. After taking a closer looked I noticed that one pair said revision 1.1 and the other revision 3.1. I first tested the 3.1 and it worked like a charm @ 220Mhz timings of 2.3.2.6 and voltage at 2.8. I then tested the 1.1 with the same settings and my system would not boot. However, all the modules worked fine @ 212Mhz. I do not think that there is anything wrong with any of the modules because I had all 4 intalled in my Asus P4C800-E Deluxe running @ 220Mhz with timings of 2.3.2.6 and voltage at 2.8. So I thing the problem is a compatability issue between the new mobo and the older modules, or something along those lines.

I'm still researching this issue, so if you guys have any info, please pot it here. I really appreciate your help.
