Need help with RAM purchase

So far I've bought the BFG 6800 Ultra, AMD 64-FX 55, and the MSI K8N 2 Platinum, I've been looking for the FASTEST / Most Stable ram out, and came short of finding any of the Mushkin PC3500 Level II, or OCZ PC3500 Platinum Ltd in stock. Does anyone know what the fastest ram would be? And where I can order it in the next hour or so?

Great choice in memory. Make sure you set the voltage of the memory to 2.8V in BIOS otherwise you might not be able to run 2-2-2-5 1T settings.

Do you plan on overclocking?

Depends on how safe it is. I'd feel bad to fry a 800$+ processor

It's safe unless you try to really push the CPU's limits. You can always do a modest overclock (5% or so) where you don't have to increase the VCore at all. If you don't bump up the voltage you won't fry anything.
