need help with voltage settings in bios

hello i have a phenom 2 X4 920 that i was able to overclock from 2.8 stock to 3.3 with out changing anything but upping the FSB my multiplier is locked my question is in order for me to overclock the cpu any higher i need to up the voltage for the cpu and thats where im confused how do i figure out what is a safe voltage for my board and my cpu im not new to overclocking just never messed with voltage settings before thanks

what motherboard are you using ?

I see that's a 45nm cpu, you can start by googling for what others are able to accomplish with it and what voltages/settings they used.
In my experience (since your cpu is already a 125W one) you're likely to be limited more by your motherboard's vrm and potentially temperatures than voltage settings in the bios. Also be aware that the "fsb" is long gone, calculate the HT speed you're actually running and what HT speed your motherboard actually supports and you can get a rough idea of one potential limiting factor.
