Need MicroATX board with tv-out

I'm building a home theatre PC. I already have several parts for it including a via 800 mhz C3, RAM, and a MicroATX case. One of the major requirements of this project is having a good TV-OUT solution. I want a motherboard with a high level of integration (LAN, Audio, Video). I can't seem to location one with integrated tv-out though. I don't want to have to purchase a separate PCI video card if I dont have to. Does anyone know of a MicroATX MB (siocket 370) with tv-out for around $75 or less? I know I can buy a cheap PCI Radeon 7000 but I don't want to spend the money if theres an integrated solution out there.

Oh why not just get a M10000 and save yourself teh extra work. It has the CPU, Video(castle rock, mpeg decoder), sound, ethernet, etc....

I looked at the VIA EPIA boards with the integrated CPU. The thing is, I already have the CPU. The more I think about it, the more I want the Shuttle sv25. It's around the same price as the Via EPIA baords but it comes packaged in a nice aluminum case. Since I already have the CPU i'm good in that area. I guess my dream of the spare parts home theatre PC just isn't going to pan out. Oh well..
