i've tried messing around with my graphics card options such as vsync, triple buffering, and all that stuff. haven't ever been on a forum and asked for somewhat professional help so that is what i've decided to do. i've also been using gamebooster and was wondering if any of you recommend having that or if i shouldn't even use that as it doesn't help out that much. i generally just play counter-strike 1.6, i do know my graphics card is terrible but maybe there is a way to get somewhat good fps.
i've set all my 3d options on the graphics card to default hoping you can give me the correct settings. i've already read the page below but would just like someone to give me the correct settings so i know i'm good to go. i also like to play in windowed mode if that has anything to do with the flipping policy.

if there is any other pictures or information you need please let me know and i will get it for you right away. below are the options offered for the 3d options.
asynchronous flip - off, on
triple buffering - default, on, off
flipping policy - flip, blit
depth buffer bit depth - 16 bit, 32 bit
force S3TC texture compression - off, on
force FXT1 texture compression - off, on
driver memory footprint - normal, low, high
texture color depth - desktop color depth, 16 bits per texel, 32 bits per texel
anisotropic filtering - application control, on, off
