Can anyone think of cardio alternatives. No running/biking. Nothing like swimming. No machines. Just something I can do in sneakers and shorts that I can do at home.
I was thinking burpees but I don't think I could do those for 30 minutes.
Crazy things like P90X are a maybe but I don't know if that's what I want.
Ideas are welcomed.
I should add that I have a bench and rack and pull up bar available.
Could do a mix of these things:

jump rope
Box Jumps
etc
