If you are running a stock system without any overclocking and you aren't planning on doing any overclocking, then I would probably suggest grabbing a Zalman HSF and Fan. It has a really nice flower design and does quite well with cooling a stock system.
It is very quiet and made of copper. The 92mm fan can run in silent mode which is only about 22-24DB... This is pretty much silent and shouldn't cause you any problems related to noise.
