Hi Peoples,
Need suggestions for stable ram for the DX48BT2 board. I bought the OCZ OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ3P16004GK and its been nothing but issues. Reading further into the reviews, seeing all of the people complaining about having to set timings... I should have known better.
I've tried all the settings and have even had to swap out a mobo. Now I don't care about trying to fix timings/voltage and want to get something new, and preferably cheap. Ideally I'd like 2x2GB sticks, but 2x1GB would be fine. Pref 1333mhz, I'm thinking the processor I have might have an issue w/ 1600. Processor is - Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale 3.16GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16819115036</a>
Thoughts/ Suggestions?
Input greatly appreciated.
