Need really simple blog posting client for Windows

I'm creating a blog for emergency-type notices to be posted on my web server using some type of blog software like WordPress (unless there is something better available?) and I need a really dead simple Windows app that could be used in a hurry to make really simple text-only posts (no images, videos, links etc.) and that could be pre-configured with all the server login information.

Any suggestions on such a client? I don't mind if it costs a few bucks as long as it works well.

Thanks for the suggestion, that program seems to be pretty simple to use. Something I'm struggling with though is getting it set up so that multiple users who sign in to the PC where the software is installed can use it to post without having to configure the settings (address, username, password) under each profile - is there any way to make it so the settings are saved for any user that signs on instead of to the users individual profile?
