Need recommendation for new Video Card

I want to upgrade my old Video card (Diamond Viper 330 16mb) with a new and faster card. I would like to spend around $100-$110 max for the card. Gaming video speed is important since I run a lot of simulations e.g. Flight sim 2000/2002 etc. The current system is a PIII700e, Abit BF6 MB, 256MB PC100 ram. What do you recommend (PCI or AGP). Thanks

The Geforce2 Pro is probably the quickest card that you'll pick up for that money. However, The Voodoo5500 would give you the best quality image in 2d and 3d. Both of these should be AGP, the Geforce moreso.

Get a VisionTek Geforce3 ti200 for $99 at Bestbuy (after MR/IR). Check the hot deals forum for details.

If possible spend the extra money and get a G3 ti200. If you have to stay under $110 then get a Cardex (Gainward) Geforce2 TI 450 at newegg.com for $103 shipped. Good 2D quality. The G2 Ti core is clocked at 250 and the memory is 4.5ns and is rated at 450.
