Need Some Help to Quiet My Dell

Hey, I'm trying to reduce the amount of noise my Dell puts out. I just replaced the hard drive to a Seagate Barracuda IV and replaced the CPU fan. Now its only the power supply and video card thats left. I know that Dell uses a proprietary power connector so I was wondering if there is a converter from ATX to the Dell proprietary connector or should I just change the fan in the psu?
The fan on my video card also is a bit loud. Its a VisionTek Geforce4 Ti 4200 128MB. I can't hear the noise from the video card fan since the psu fan is louder so its not that important (as yet) but suggestions are welcome.

I'm guessing that if I change the power supply, it would void my warranty. But it doesn't matter since it ends in a few months.

Let me know what you think I could do.

get a fanless zalman cooler for your vid card and replace the fan in your power supply with a panaflo l1A

The hard drive that came with it is loud!! (a WD 102BB). I also got a WD300BB for free but that too is pretty loud at idle. I had to replace that with the Seagate. Now I only hear the psu fan; its blowing at a full, constant speed.

hmm...if you really want to replace your PSU you can get Dell ones from PC Power&Coooling (dell uses their PSU in their systems), but I think there is a problem with your PSU fan if it is making so much noise. The fans in the PC P&C units in Dells are very quiet....maybe there is something wrong with it, like dust or just an old fan, but you could probably call dell and tell them it's really loud.
