Need some help with Ghost 7.5

Anyone use Ghost Enterprise 7.5?

How excatly do I get Ghost Casting (sp?) to work, basically roll out an image on 2+ machines at the same time?

Well, were using version 8 here at work. Not sure if this is the same for 7.5 but this might help out..

What we do is just start the Ghostcast session, Give the session a name, Specify the image, and specify the amount of computers that are going to connect to the ghostcast server.

Then insert the network boot disks on the client machines after you load ghost.exe, go to Ghostcast, Multicast and specify the session name. Then just hit ok a few times and it should start the image process.

This is assumming that you have a dhcp server on your network.

and that you have created a network boot disk that will work
with the NIC cards installed on the client machines. Ghost 7.5
has a rather old driver database so you may have to supply
files in order to create a compatible disk.

Once you launch ghost from the boot disk .... is "Ghostcast" a choice (it could be missing in 7.5)

it is called "multicast" in 7.5 and "ghostcast" in 8, if ghost was able
to obtain an ip address for the client it will be available otherwise
it will be greyed out.
