Need some help with new parts for my Impreza. Any suggestions?

hey guys
I just got a 96' Subaru Impreza L and I want to do some light exterior work to it, Nothing over-the-top just something to give it a more personal touch. I'm really new to the whole customizing thing so I need some help finding parts and suggestions on brand names. I've been trying to find an online store that carries alot of lighting mods and decals but haven't been too successful. I've learned as much as I could from partial websites and sites that are trying to sell you something, and now I need some advice from real people. Right now, i'm just thinking about doing 1 or 2 of the following:

• - Xenon Plasma Superwhite Headlights - Need some advice on brands and prices, and how good they actually look
  - Euro/Clear Taillights or Front Corner Lenses - Only a possibility, once again I need some suggestions on brands and prices
  - Graphics, Decals, Emblems - Where can i find them besides eBay? (Idk if ebay is still a banned word, i haven't posted in a long time)
  - Foglights - Subaru only makes a foglight assembly that requires me to buy a whole new front bumper so I'm wondering how good the universal fit foglight kits are. Again, good brand names?

I'm on a VERY VERY tight budget so I'm basically looking for the most bang for the buck, I can settle for knock-off brands and cheaper versions if the performance difference between them and their superior counterparts isn't very big. Now I remember how it used to be here and I'm sure it's still the same But I'm going to beg you guys not to crap on my car because it was the best I could afford and I know it's not the most powerful or flashiest but it's reliable and with a little work could look pretty cool. Any help would be greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance

I remember back when I was about to buy a WRX, I found TONS of useful information from I-Club.

The forums there are particularly good.

Don't touch the exterior until you've moded the engine. Otherwise, it's just stupid.

definetly check out I-club.

if you do a search on google for car decals, you'll come up with hundreds of results. I've ordered some before... i'll see if i can dig up a link to the place i ordered from.

except when you're on a really tight budge, exterior mods are about you're only choice.

- Vadatajs, I'm not worried about the engine that much right now, that will come when I can afford quality parts because I don't want to set a low budget for something like that. Right now I'm just worried about very light exterior stuff, just to make it "my car" if you know what I mean. I'm a poor college student so I can't go blowing hundreds of dollars on performance mods i wish though. Thanks for you help though anyway!
